@CaraLisette If you're in hospital for 24 hours after, after 3 hours of painkillers buzz and ask for more, it used to take them an hour to bring, I was curled over in agony by the time they came, or take your own paracetamol. Stay on top of them paid meds!

@CaraLisette Mint tablets for the air that's been pumped into you, loose pjs or ones where the band goes right up, honestly I tried to do a little walk every day. The baby blues hit hard day 5, that little walk helped me recover for that, too

@CaraLisette Honestly, get home as soon as you can! Get up as soon as you can. Have everything in bed close to you! Co-sleep!!!! Or if you can't co-sleep partner hands baby to you of a night. Frida C-section knickers. Lean forward and support scar when sneezing or coughing 😬 eat well!!

@archeohistories This is my nan! Her name is Mary Brooks not Borcks. She went on to have another set of twins and two more children. 13 in total. She passed away 7 years ago.
