All right, kids! We know @bradmeltzer is watching. How many retweets do you think we need before he says yes to a 20-minute co-lecture about the Kennedy assassination?

I never knew what transpired after that but I always wondered what happened to him and why he never was convicted of anything (that i know of). Memories of growing up next door to him still haunt me! #creepystory

Philip/Roy was living in a small house on the church property at the time. During the fire investigation, they searched his house. Among other odd things, they found a coffin in the bedroom. He was apparently using THE COFFIN AS HIS BED. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

It gets a bit fuzzy here because I was off at college when this part happened. But it was suspected arson and the fire was on Halloween night. I know he got fired but I’m not sure if it happened before or after the fire. I think before. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

Fast forward several years later, Philip/Roy oddly ended up being the caretaker at my church 20 miles away. A house on the church property mysteriously burned to the ground around the same time Philip/Roy was having some employment issues. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

We loved that dog but there was no way in hell that my parents were going to get on Philip/Roy’s bad side, so we gave her up to him. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

Dad was sure he locked everything up earlier that day. No one was ever caught. We never heard from Philip/Roy until he showed up out of the blue several months after the fire asking for his dog back. When Louise died, no one came for her dog Brandy so we kept her. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

My dad was the agent as we lived next door and he showed the home the day it burned down. The fire was massive and arson was suspected. Gasoline had been poured around the home and the back sliding glass door was open. #creepystory

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

The house went up for sale - deeded to the Catholic Church - but mysteriously burned to the ground before it was ever sold. #creepystory (this is kinda like #deardavid but real!)

[Jessica Ennis @GoToGirlComms]

Louise died at home pretty suddenly not long after the divorce and we’re not sure how. It seemed pretty mysterious at the time as she was in good health. #creepystory
