@BTCare Alannah back with faults dep trying to authorise cancellation. Told it takes 5-6 mins, been holding for 23 now with no communication

@BTCare had little to no internet for 7/8 weeks. Been told it's a local issue but still can't be fixed. Please see last tweets.
