Order was placed at 4:10, it was on the way to my house, eta 4:45, then at 5:40p I tried calling and messaging driver, customer service was no help. I wish I was made aware of the error at the time it occurred- we had guests over and it was a huge embarrassment

@UberEats I watched the tracker as Juanita drove all around Durham. I received no contact from her, she was not answering my calls or messages. Customer service said they’d email me, but didn’t. Apparently she delivered it to the wrong customer. How in the world does this happen?

@SouthwestAir can’t stop thinking about the newborn and 91 year old passengers that were supposed to be on my flight that was delayed 6 hours before being cancelled. Spending Christmas with thousands of others in a super crowded airport is no bueno 😞

@SouthwestAir my flight 3568 mdw-Rdu that was delayed 6 hours was eventually cancelled today. I was on hold for 4 hrs and didn’t get thru to anyone. The app says I’ve been rescheduled, but it doesn’t show if or what I’m rescheduled on. Flights say unavailable when trying to buy

@Delta My son would like to breastfeed on your flight. You give $10,000 for overbooking a flight to passengers who (unlike me) hadn’t been disrespected by your flight attendants, but my son and I get $25 each for your extremely rude employee who didn’t follow company policy?! Absurd.

@DeltaNewsHub @Delta Oh. But last month your flight attendant told my 2 year old who was nursing to “stop and put his mask on”. Way to follow your own policies on breastfeeding. And the obese guy with his face out all flight munching on Big Macs across the aisle from me was told nothing 🙄

@Delta My 2 year old was buckled into his window seat. Then he wanted to nurse, so he leaned over to me and started nursing. Your flight attendant said to stop and put his mask on. Why does your policy say you fully support breastfeeding if you clearly don’t?
