I am getting lots of inquiries from people in Afghanistan or people who know those trying to get to safety. I am compiling names to try and push for evacuation. I cannot promise anything but will do everything I can. Email [email protected]

@drewwells Fantastic! Thanks for the heads up & sea you there -- I would naut[ilus] want to miss this fun event 🐙🦑🐚

[Jess Stitt @jessmstitt]

@CassieFreund As someone in a similar boat, best of luck [in still going to bed in a timely fashion & sleeping well]!

[Jess Stitt @jessmstitt]

@CassieFreund Plus the frequency of taking the glasses off to clean them (as a non-glasses wearer who’s not used to so many smudges) probably helps to break up long staring-at-the-screen sessions haha

[Jess Stitt @jessmstitt]

@CassieFreund I’m in the same boat: been wearing blue-light glasses for a couple years & do feel it (placebo effect at least) seems to reduce headaches ... also combining them w/ lowered screen brightness + mixing up looking at dark text on light bkgd vs. light text on dark bkgd seems to help!
