you can always tell the “jessica wrote that defamatory novels” crowd never read the books at all bcs if they did then they would realize none of the group members were written to reflect their real life counterparts but what do we expect from that illiterate fandoms anyway
If anything, Jessica hadnt even mentioned SNSD the entire concert (based on the circulating fancams). She showed old videos of herself which happens to have the members captured, yes. Because as any normal person would do, you dont blur out people.
RIGHT? right?! this is what breaks me the most. those statements she released in 2014, she had done all that for the fans. jesus christ, for sones. she knew she was getting nothing out of it except sm’s scorn and consequently the industry’s, but did it anyway.
as a gs i’m so happy but as a former sone i can’t help but think about how it’s always been… on her, on her hands. she’s the only one who’s ever done anything for us to actually heal, the only one who’s shown that she cares. all we ever got from others was silence and ridicule.
you people belittle jessica’s trauma too much. that woman is eating dinner sighing so deep she could dig a hole in the concrete floor under her after performing songs she used to do with them 11 years later. that’s how heavy the weight she’s been carrying is.
hearing jessica's solo versions of past snsd songs just goes to show how her voice was an integral part of the group's sound. a core part of their sound. i'm thankful she performed those songs. i thought this day would never come... she deserves this and so do we.
always hurts to see ppl think little of her pain. it wasn’t some silly catfight between girls. jessica isn’t just a puzzle piece to complete your ideal picture of snsd. she sang those songs for herself.
