@MartinMessier Otherwise your best bet is to raise a support case - they’ll be able to look into your org and see what’s going on 🙂

@MartinMessier It should auto associate to the lead and owner when you create the task - does the lead definitely exist in Salesforce (have you assigned the prospect)? Are you using lead queues for assignment? If so, you can’t assign a task to a lead owned by a queue.
