Disgusting customer care from @dwelluk. As a result of all the springs collapsing in our Paris sofa we have a huge dip in the cushioning. Dwell’s response is the case is resolved as the springs have now been repaired. What about the dip caused by no springs being in place!

@ASOS terrible customer services. Paid for premium/ next day delivery, clothes still not arrived 4 days later. I had to contact you and you offer me no compensation. You even took the money from my account without Delivery. You just told me to keep waiting for it. Not impressed
