@British_Airways: @JuliusProbst & I are awaiting reimbursement for expenses after flight was canceled & rerouted 3 days later. We filled forms & received confirmation that the reimbursement would be processed mid-Jan. 2 months later, we haven’t received payment. What’s happening?

@British_Airways Thanks for response. Customer relations has replied & confirmed the payment was sent out. The issue is that was 2 months ago and still no payment has reached us. They have failed to return to @JuliusProbst after promising to investigate whether there was an issue with the payment

I just opened a letter (dated the 9th) I received in the mail tonight (14th) to find out the #NHS assigned me an MRI scan for tomorrow. How is this system not notifying patients via phone for appointments coming up that soon? What if I hadn’t received/opened the letter tonight?

On the @BrittanyFerries from Caen to Portsmouth this evening. Noticed that my bowl from salad bar had a worm on the lettuce. Informed the staff— but they left the remaining large lettuce bowl on the counter. I later saw another worm still in that bowl. Why wasn’t it removed? 🤢
