@HMRCcustomers Our tf childcare account is holding over £1000 of our money that’s supposed to pay our nursery fees. 1st the payment system was down, then got locked out of our account now the helpline is down. Today we got told our child could be suspended. What do you suggest?

@1stCentral I see the cancellation fee is £50, I took out my policy a few weeks ago- if I cancel will I get the money I paid (I paid for the year) back?
