@Merseytravel Help! Everytime I try to setup a TFlow account and upload the required documents I get a blocked message, regardless of device that I use. I lodged this issue with yourselves over a month ago by email and have chased multiple times with no response. What do I do?!

@Merseytravel Yes I have done that and tried on multiple devices. I always get the same error. Your team first said it would be escalated with IT but it doesn't look like that has happened.

My messages in the chat get closed without any response from yourselves. Just now been told maybe January. How will you fix this?

@SP_EnergyPeople How can I talk to someone about my IHD only showing gas not electricity? Every time I use your chat bot it thinks it's answered my query and I have to start again, I just want to talk to someone.

@SP_EnergyPeople @ScottishPower Your chat bot is useless, doesn't answer the question and then stops you from speaking to someone. Messaged the team as requested but don't get a response, how long am I expected to wait?!

@AskNationwide My accounts have been removed from my online banking, I have no way of accessing them without calling and being on hold for ages and you can't fix them until 5 working days?! Not good enough!
