In 24 hours I’m going to give one random person that retweets this tweet $10,000 in Bitcoin! (Yup, gonna experiment with this instead of cash haha) Make sure you follow me so I can dm you if you win :)
I really love my family, but could really use a few hours in a hotel room alone, catching up on sleep and watching tv and eating snacks in bed. I think I used to call this a "business trip"
@VikingCruises@rozhudnell@erantzeri Is anyone planning to contact me directly? Or am I still being directed to send an email to the generic customer service email?
@erichhasri@ElizabethSuever@VikingCruises My parents are in the same position. Viking cruises refuses to give them a full refund since they canceled on feb 21, after seeing that same warning. They’ve only received 25% of their trip back, and not even travel vouchers. DM me if you want to get in touch with the media.
@hatchpa @VikingCruises Whatever you do, don’t cancel first, since if you do, and then Viking cancels, you won’t get all of your money back. My parents canceled in late February due to coronavirus and only received a 25% refund since it was before the official Viking announcement. DM me for more details
@VikingCruises@Julie_Weed@sfirshein@NatBCo Based on social media, they aren't the only passengers who have been denied full refunds (or even future credit!) with @VikingCruises. You guys should do the right thing and honor your promise to passengers who canceled their itineraries prior to the official announcement.
@VikingCruises my parents have been trying to get a full refund for the last few weeks for a cruise starting march 24th and have been unable to get through. please help?
@VikingCruises .@VikingCruises we've tried talking to customer service, but have been denied. Apparently since they proactively canceled in late Feb, they are now ineligible for the full refund promised by Viking's CEO in early March. cc: @Julie_Weed@sfirshein@NatBCo
