@MomRobe They just aren’t meant to be holding patients. Stabilize and transfer. Unfortunately the floor isn’t much better and there’s still a huge disconnect between ER and the floor because nurses are so rude too each other.

@MomRobe That’s exactly why I’m ready to be out of floor nursing. Holding patients in the hallways of the ER because they need to see more ER patients and the others are just waiting on inpatient beds. Sharing bathrooms. No privacy. It’s awful.
