@OGdukeneurosurg this is actually a very helpful biomechanically correct videographic. Especially important and relevant to exercise science clinicians who deal with biomechanical deficits and compromises in our patients. Much thanks
@JoshuaWPate The real world Impact is contributing to an unhelpful narrative & pain related beliefs that go on to determine behaviouristic outcomes from the former. interesting to track the timeline/ biography of these beliefs to ‘messages’ during child/teen development.
@spikesonly Achilles fears. Perhaps they are robust in these individuals since this level of specificity training happens daily/ weekly and in-match? Still not my cup or tea. My therapeutic, injury- prevention bias though. 🤷🏼♂️
@JoeBarryPhysio this is one helluva clinical reasoning diagnostic algorithm linking past and present. I’m not fit to walk in this clinician’s shoes. And the brain stuffs… wow… well… at least it’s all released now and the person WILL feel better within days.
@AdamMeakins@GregLehman cognitive effect of the different loads... that's a cool variable. what sort of positive outcomes are we looking for re: cognitive effects? (like a cognitive/emotional f&%$ Yeah! feels good kind of effect?)
@stevemagness to stir the pot, would you say this presents an ethical problem? A non-doping performance enhancer is still an artificial performance enhancer. could “shoe regulation” come as a result since this is results in a fairly significant performance improvement?
@Nordvvind @CorKinetic@adamdobson123 Like saying… this exercise will improve back pain… I don’t want to improve pain! Like saying improve strength - gets stronger, improve pain= more painful! Blame the English language Falko!
@Rich_Cooper what’s the best way to improve cardio for running, run. Best way to improve cardio for swimming, swim. Best way to improve cardio for fighting…. Fight. Put gloves and protective head gear on and learn, simulate, problem solve, control , conserve, explode.
@Akhona95887224@FNBSA Totally agree… there was a just a normal sense of easy on the eyes going into the #fnb app previously… now it looks like a website wardrobe malfunction… like when your internet isn’t up to speed and a website gives you just the basic …. It’s nearly looks like a 404 error
@kangminlee Hahaha love this conundrum.A mind F.But very cool. In SA 🇿🇦 I be politically called a coloured person. Of course we had to profile ppl in the apartheid years. We love profiling…we get a hard on from it. I prefer just ‘person’. But that would send us into a frenzy wouldn’t it.
@DrJamesOlsson …the insurance companies stand to lose ALOT… hence… we ought to have more concrete evidence of excess deaths if we follow the insurance companies , their life insurance payouts.
@DrJamesOlsson I always wonder how we will be able to prove this… we prove it is by following those who who stand to “lose”. families will still try to rationalise, however …
