@AdobeCare Hey AM. The problem is still happening :( Even if I switch to one of the default workspaces like Essentials or Layout, the tool buttons don't open their panels unless I restart Illustrator.

Been having a recurring problem in Illustrator with workspace panels not opening when they're docked on the right edge of my screen. It happens more than half the time I open Illustrator

@AdobeCare Hey AM, thanks for the quick reply – I'm on MacOS Catalina, using Illustrator 2021 (v25.2). Not using a second monitor, just a MacBook Pro. I'll try resetting the prefs and give you a shout if it keeps happening, thanks! :)
