Parece que el bebé ha traído bajo el brazo la primera citación a un acto de conciliación previa a la interposición de una querella por injurias.

El próximo 15 de junio tendré que acudir a los juzgados a reafirmarme en afirmaciones como esta:

- Un "depósito al 23% garantizado en certificados de oro" no es una inversión segura y no pondría mi dinero allí.

No entraré en más detalles porque no quiero dedicarle ni un minuto más de mi energía.

Pero me jode que tengamos que ser divulgadores de a pie los que pongamos el pecho a las balas para proteger al inversor minorista, mientras el regulador se lava las manos.

Un solo aviso del regulador y nadie se atrevería a ponerme una querella por decir lo que dice la CNMV.

Pero al no actuar, dejan que estos proyectos crezcan y mientras más grande son más recursos tienen para amedrentar y más personas viven de que el negocio siga funcionando.

No pienso dar ni un paso atrás.

No voy a quitar el artículo excepto si un juez me obliga en unos años.

PD: me piden 455.000€ por daños a su reputación que equivale al dinero que un cliente dejo de invertir con ellos luego de leer el artículo.

🚨 HYPERVAULT SCAMMERS ARE LIKELY FOUND!

We have great news! The HyperVault team that rugged users for 6M USD several days ago is most likely found. Our on-chain detective @BrutalTrade found the connection between HyperVault - Zero-G Finance - ZinoFinance - PerfectSwap. All these projects were built by the same group of bad actors.

We have two potential GitHub usernames: Jamestarlancer and Gurujustin. People tried to reach out on Telegram, but there was a strange reaction. These guys started to delete their repositories and accounts instead of trying to explain something. IMO, they are involved in this crime somehow.

Scammers, if you read this, I suggest you agree to a deal. The victims are ready to stop digging and are ready to stop any legal actions if 90% of the money is returned. There are a lot of breadcrumbs that can be used to track your real identities. The police will do this fast, having all the data we know about you.
