I made a demand for refund and guess what, dear @FlySWISS agrees to refund me the transportation from hotel back to airport! Wow, great service @FlySWISS and thank you @zrh_airport for allowing stowaways on board. All on my expenses and on a return business class ticket.

20.06.2024 @FlySWISS LX1886 was cancelled for a stowaway found on board. Yes, in @zrh_airport you get to have in the same plane a lady WITHOUT ANY BOARDING PASS.

Sure, flight gets cancelled. I get a message from @FlySWISS to book myself an overnight stay (great service) and that the cost of this plus transportation will be refunded. I get on the flight 24h later (and I get at destination with an extra delay).
