High School Baseball/ Softball athletes. Fall semester is the time to PRIORITIZE training. I have never seen a varsity coach write up their opening day starting lineup, in August.

These next 6 months should be to:
📈Add 2-3mph to your velocity
📈 Speed up your 60yd by 2-4 tenths of a second
📈Increase your exit velocity by 5-10mph
📈 Maximize your mobility and strengthen your rotator cuff to decrease risk of injury
