Hold down power button on TV for 5 seconds then turn on mains STILL hold down the power button on TV, you'll see the front light flash a few times, the TV will hard reset, works for us now fine

Funny with Sky, you are two days late paying them, they cut you off..... But you have 2 days without TV that you pay for, they refuse a refund.
