@IHG COVID-19 is not a valid cancellation reason per your Holiday Inn Birmingham-Homewood hotel. Even though your website states it is & all guidelines were followed, you have refused a refund for over 5 weeks. Your customer service promised a call within 48 hours, didn’t happen.

@ChewyHelp 2nd time in last 5 dog food orders I’ve received wrong goods. This time I received a rabbit litter box. Customer service not very helpful, finally got another bag shipped out, but wont receive til Thurs. Apparently my orders aren’t important enough to get right or fix.
