@CarnivoreSapien Outside aisles only. Rarely find myself in the middle. Which means when I do need to venture there, I have no idea where anything is. π
@SBakerMD Returning to live in the U.S. after 13 years living abroad in Japan and Germany, it was shocking to see how many people were overweight/obese. And it seems like being overweight is the new norm. I had no idea we changed so much.
@Losing200Pounds Dude, here's my numbers. My doc gave me a 2% chance of anything serious happening and did not recommend medication. This was a year ago π€·ββοΈ

Eat 200 calories in eggs and you are satisfied. Eat 200 calories in donuts and you want to eat 400 more. See why calorie math will eventually fail you?
@lowcarbGP Grew up low middle class. Food was bologna sandwiches, snack cakes, Coke/Dr Pepper, sweet tea, Ramen noodle, cereal, etc. Most food was bought from Save-A-Lot. Low wage = cheap food. By the time I hit 21, I weighed 325lbs with no idea of proper nutrition; thought I was healthy.
@Rcanadian2 Depends. I'm about to take on a lot more stress, on call 24/7, but I get to help people - something I love doing. Definitely not redundant, and I loathe redundancy. Same pay.
