Here are the images we did for the Dungeons & Dragons #USPS#ForeverStamps.
‘Maze': It's not often folks get to see what spells look like in the game, so it was as cool opportunity. The other Is 'Death Knight', which is pretty self explanatory. Enjoy!
@BeardedHalfling Not sure if it’s covered in the stack of rules provided, but scars could actually be a thing in D&D if you treat it similarly to Game of Thrones. It simply demonstrates that a character has been healed, but it uses the character’s own healing processes with the help of magic.
@CHofferCBus Honestly, this idea of defending art to prove it’s not AI is getting old. But here “we” are I suppose. Showing the process (sketch/color rough/final) will probably be enough to satisfy the mob, but hopefully this trend passes soon.
@thegoldengorgon I do hear your concerns though. AI evolved super fast during that period of time and some of it clearly slipped through. Many publishers thought they were using cool stock art, only to find out that it was AI after the fact. We’re all learning, so apologies.
@thegoldengorgon We don’t. I believe some art was chosen from the Adobe stock art site as additional artwork that was added to the Game Master’s book?
At the time of choosing that stock art, “ai” wasn’t being identified, so it’s likely an honest mistake and will likely be addressed.

@Dan_Dillon_1 It’s a fond memory. I rewatched it years ago and laughed out loud how the mountain climbing montage went on…f o r e v e r 😆.
I also wanted to make a licensed Krull RPG a while back, but no one got back to me 🤷♂️. Not sure who owns the rights now.
No one's posted it yet but it's online so I guess I can share...I'm thrilled to have written for the upcoming Game Master's Book of Instant Towns and Cities!
Biome specific settlements of all sizes/flavors, ranging from mundane to magical!
(That's me on the cover!)
