Went back through the last 10 drafts for the #nhljets. 16 of 54 players picked have played at least 1 NHL game but:
-only 9 are still in the organization
-only Perfetti, Samberg and Stanley are regulars

I don't know the hit rate across the NHL but....that doesn't seem great?
