@FBallAnalysisYT The Games aren't the only things the coaches see though. They see the practices, every throw made, every read, how they prep, process, etc. It's not a decision just made on the games, its what they've seen in OTAs and Camp so far as well and what they saw through all of last year
@izlye@NFLonFOX@ProFootballHOF I'd add a 3rd tier of Green for "Long time eventually" for Newton and Whitworth. I think they'd have a shot if the ballot for that year looks a little thin on option.
@BrettKollmann He called a good chunk of the Jets Games that were on CBS and he's good and down the middle and even fights to find upside in crap teams
@BrettKollmann Trends do change, but there are basics that have applied for at least a decade now of how to approach it and as long as that's being what's taught I think it's fine.
@BandoKnowsBall Bando, does not in fact, know ball. Cause he would know that the Jets had not one, but TWO, stretches where we lost 5 or more games in a row last year.
@Willpa11 This is how I feel about Dan Marino tape from back in the day. Man would embarrass us game in, game out, but watching him throw that ball wherever and how quickly he did is a thing of beauty.
@rickienewyork People better pray we aren't, cause the moment we're a good team especially consistently. The Jets fans will be all over every other fan base.
@burner09877@BenchwarmerBran That one season was mashed in between Jonathan Gannon who got a HC gig, and Vic Fangio who's been great for you guys.
And tbf, Nick *does* seem like the type of guy that'd say no to Howie, and would probably blow up in his face if he does, but he would.
@burner09877@BenchwarmerBran While true, Patullo was bad...did you see Steve Wilks last year? Plus even if Howie talks them in, Sirianni does still have to approve the hiring of Vic Fangio and Kellen Moore. You don't have multiple of your coordinators getting HC gigs unless you're bringing in the right guys.
