2 hour flight turns into a 5 hour flight because @united just needed to drop the ball again. 8 hour delay yesterday, new plane no refund for buying 1st, finally get to Chicago, no gate, wait more. I’m liquidating my miles and going to @delta. Maybe I’ll get to my destination once and on time. Oh I got a meal voucher that I can’t use.

Complete BS that you advertise only through influencers and never prioritize the people who could give you the best data… You’ve been alienating customers and losing fans because of this… Bragging how good Something is and then making customers wait months before they even get a chance to try it. Here’s 13.2.9 missing an obvious exit. Why do I now have to wait 3 months and watch everyone else get it when I’m in your most expensive vehicle that STILL is without most AP features. If this continues to be ignored, I’m going to start a real YouTube channel that is titled “Tesla critics” that details all of these mess ups and follies that you’re attempting to cover up through influencers because they only give you the best news.
