When coming up with AI use cases in the workplace, it might be worthwhile to first think of how AI can assist humans instead of only thinking of how AI can replace certain human functions.

Agreed. It should be more widely accepted for entrepreneurs to start small, learn the skills necessary to run a small business, and then go bigger (if they want to).

And, not many places have the same ecosystem as SV, or the same level of support as SV. Which imo are necessary for building tech unicorns.

Have been using Grok for most of my coding and brainstorming tasks this past week.

Really like how fast it is, even in “Thinking” mode. The only thing i wish it has is something similar to Claude’s projects so that I dont have to keep repeating the context of my project whenever I start a new chat.

But, looking at how fast the Grok team ships, I wouldn’t be surprised if something similar (or better) launches soon.

Was listening to the conversation between @thebrettway and the @QUITTR_app team, and it made me think a lot harder about an app’s onboarding flow.

Traditionally, we would probably include some screenshots of the app, perhaps throw in a few features, but is that still necessary today?

Most of the time, users would come download an app because they saw it on TikTok or some other platform, and there, they would have seen how the app looks like and what it does.

If so, why waste screen real estate by showing them what they already know?

Push expected results. Tell them what they will get when they use the app. Make them want to invest in themselves.

Been using Claude exclusively for coding for the past few months until recently.

I find that Gemini 2.0 does a better job for me. It not just gives me the code like an answer, but proposes multiple solutions and justifies each one of them before giving me a recommendation.

I find that works better for me.
