I got a deep freezer from LG Kano and I noticed it doesn't retain ice after using it for 10 hours and it defrost in 3 hours. I complained to them 2 weeks after purchase but nothing happened. @LGUS @LGE_Global @LGAfrica1 I am so disappointed and LG cannot be trusted or guaranteed
