Didn’t really hit me until people asked where I was traveling from at one point I was in 4 different states in 4 consecutive days: FL, GA, NY, MA.

I’m what you’d call in “active retirement” think MJ after his second 3peat. accomplished everything set,but can still go out there & drop 25. Plus, staying on the court keeps front-office connections strong & makes it easier to stay tapped into what’s going on in the league.

The store manager, Catherine, called me today & truly listened to the experience I had. She apologized & reassured me that what happened isn’t the standard at @Publix. I let her know I agree — everyone at the store was actually pleasant, except for Amanda.

FYI: This terrible experience with Amanda occurred at the @Publix at 2325 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

To top it off, as I was taking a picture, Amanda abruptly told me, “No pictures allowed”—despite the fact that I had already taken photos of items and decor

Wow — haven’t been racially profiled like that in a while.

Amanda, manager at @Publix,stopped me as I was leaving, called over another Black man standing outside, and tried to prevent me from exiting the store. I had to walk all the way back to the register to prove my receipt

@dominos After 10+ calls between Saturday and yesterday, I finally got a hold of the store—only to be told my order was a cash order and was never paid for. That’s completely false, as I paid by credit card and have the bank statement. This store is ruining the brand and rep of @dominos

But the 955 Marietta St NW, ATL location? Easily the worst customer service I’ve had—twice they didn’t show after I ordered. Called and the employee rushed me off the phone both times. Do better.

I’ve been patient and came up with solutions for them but I think today will be my last time using this platform for awhile unfortunately.
