@SamDye1515 @nypost It was not clearly in or out. It was what the ref on the field called. Because replay rules are reactionary and never get ahead of its problems, like balls over the posts. Tennis and baseball can track balls though; why not football field goal kicks?

@Jbhow2 @FOS If the ref called a catch and strip, there is no video that shows receiver down before the ball was pulled out.

If the ref called it an interception, there is clear video it was simultaneous possession. The video is unclear on a strip, so shared possession goes to offense.
