This IS the UCP. Most Albertans get charged $90 a year to take their kids hiking, OHV users get to use the trails for free - but the maintenance is funded by the hikers.

The UCP - taking from you to give to their friends since 2017. #AbLeg

We need to get rid of the UCP. Hikers and bikers have to pay $80/ year to access kananaskis, but two OHV groups get $8 million in public funds to decimate the park
