@LeilaniDowding If the Dog under your charge did this kind of damage, who would be in trouble. Don't worry they bothered to write it down. Its easy to find
Hi @TeamYouTube,
My channel was terminated on June 1st for “severe or repeated violations of our spam, deceptive practices and scams policy.”
I believe this was a false positive. Here are the facts:
The channel contained approximately 8–11 videos that were different versions/cuts of the same professional content.
All of them were unlisted — none were ever made public or searchable.
Their sole purpose was internal review by my colleagues. We were using them to select the best version to post on LinkedIn. This is standard professional workflow (similar to sharing multiple ad variants or design iterations for team feedback).
The only other videos on the channel were ~10–12 personal clips of my dogs — also unlisted and completely unrelated.
There was no monetization attempt on YouTube, no public distribution, and no intent to game recommendations or deceive viewers.
This appears to be an automated system incorrectly flagging normal internal business content as spam. I would appreciate a human review with this specific context.
I have already submitted the formal appeal through YouTube Studio and contacted support. If any additional information or evidence would help, I’m happy to provide it.
Thank you, John
@TeamYouTube I have no public videos, no scams, and this has blocked me from the YouTube Premium subscription I pay for. Can a human specialist please look into this false-positive. channel: https://t.co/1DYZadyvwb
@TeamYouTube My personal channel was falsely terminated for 'Spam' and my appeal was instantly rejected by a bot. I was using it strictly as a private staging area to review unlisted marketing videos of my OWN face/voice via HeyGen before uploading to LinkedIn
@buc97552 It's starting to feel like comedy at this point.
Hi honey, how was your day?
Not too bad hon, I got to meet the guy who plays the piano at the train stations. You know the one we and the kids watch on YouTube.
