First of all besides the fact that UK and USA have an alliance with Israel forever, it; s in their best interest to stop the pirates from interrupting shipments. Shipping to USA went up close to 100% and shipping to Europe around 400%.

@kampeas This article is not accurate. While The meat market was around since 1973 it was not a supermarket until the 80s. Kosher City in Brooklyn was the first Kosher (and glatt) supermarket in the USA. It was opened by David Feldhamer in 1977.
