@raywong23 @HarryLockPicks @DraftKings Please follow suit but I also submitted a customer support request to StatBomb - they are the data service Draft Kings is hiding behind to fix the issue. Meaning if StatBomb doesn’t update their records DraftKings won’t correct the bet and consider it settled.

@raywong23 @HarryLockPicks @DraftKings I had him with 1 shot in target bet and lost that one too. I have tickets from fan duel as evidence that fan duel graded it as a skid shot on target. DK is just ignoring they made a mistake and hiding behind the stats company they use StatsBomb. Keep pressing DK to fix this.

@b__drum @DK_Assist @DKSportsbook DKs customer service response is horrible. They just told me our stats service provider “StatsBomb” hasn’t changed their information so they won’t do anything about it. DraftKings this is horrible customer support - you will lose customers this way!
