@SilentStargazer_ yup. A reason they lose compliance is often that they run out of money. The market knows this so sells up in fear. Then comes r/s to raise the share price and an offering right after because a) you have to s... https://t.co/lfMVwz6Qqa
@SilentStargazer_ thanks for replying. That’s a seemingly small bank balance for a group of companies, though I see now that it was smaller still in the previous earnings. My limited experience of balances that small means of... https://t.co/36uXOpfXuP
@SilentStargazer_ @yessaa with 3 million cash position at q2 earnings what makes you say hopefully never? I’m hoping for confidence as I overlooked that on the recent pop. If I’d seen that I would’ve sold.

@Kindnessalwayswins net cash was -10mm last year. Cash and equivalent currently at circa 30mm. That’s 2.5yrs before dilution required. Less a chunk cos phase 2 trials are bigger but they may get grants or whatnot at that poin... https://t.co/aWj2n4kEFA
@Kindnessalwayswins oh ok we’re on nyse not Nasdaq. Educate me - are there any issues with compliance on nyse similar to Nasdaq $1 share price requirement?
$CYBN what’s the catalyst that regains compliance here? Price to book roughly 1:1 at these levels, bad for a growth stock.. cash levels vs cash burn reasonable, theoretical max 2.5yrs runway but that’s not enough on its own to get back to a dollar…
$CNVS bummer. Never seen an rs end well short term. Easy drop at least 30% from here over coming days then maybe MAYBE bounce since net profit happened.
