@JaciPeoples @USAOWTC I’m not familiar with video games either so I agree that it was interesting to read what goes on behind the scenes.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@wtc32020 @USAOWTC Definitely! There’s a huge culture around video games that we could study and benefit from.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

I’m not huge into video games but the amount of work that goes into them is astonishing and can be more than just a mind numbing way to kill time. #WTCVid @USAOWTC

@xmiller_ Now that is the perfect reaction to the beginning of a plague

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@darmendariz14 @USAOWTC I agree! The way it was written was short and sweet, and made the entire reading digestible

@Dami16525434 @USAOWTC I find it interesting that they added the dead husband's perspective. In modern murder investigations we would never think to have a medium so the fact that they had one was kinda cool.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@zoe_blue_ @USAOWTC The main testimonies tried so hard to make themselves seem better. The truth is hard to find when that is a factor.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

The more you read, the more chaotic the situation becomes. The last three testimonies differ so much from the other and don’t really offer a conclusive answer to what happened. Also, reading the husband’s story, especially through a medium, was interesting #WTCGrove @USAOWTC

These poems are heavily filled with imagery and rather sad subject matter. Mirror by Silvia Plath mourns the death a woman’s youth. Hap simply states that all of our misfortunes are coincidental. It’s a bleak poem that shows Hardy’s struggle w/religion. #WTCMods @USAOWTC

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@JosephUmmel @USAOWTC The accessibility of it makes it so much more appealing to read. The fact that it was made for anyone who knew how to read is incredibly neat and progressive.

@JoelLan72618966 @AllieMo92634146 @USAOWTC Darwin was an avid bug catcher in his youth. After a certain point he began to notice differences amongst them and would document them. At least I think he documented what he found. If not, he was just a weird bug kid. To think that it all started with bugs.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@c_will1996 It was bold and a bit cowardly. He waited until after the death of his wife to release his work b/c she was deeply religious.

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

Evolution was a controversial topic then and still is now. This is because of religion and the fact that there are some questions he left unanswered such as why variation occurs after a population is well adapted to an environment. #WTCDar @USAOWTC

Post-Impressionism is such a cool movement and is my favorite movement when it comes to art. The pieces are much more interesting than the art before the period. #WTCPostImp @USAOWTC

While Freud wasn’t religious, it’s nice to see that he understood how religion or religious feeling played an important role in the lives of people. #WTCFreud @USAOWTC

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

Realism aims to show things as they truly are. This is a drastic step away from Romanticism which emphasized emotion. It’s interesting to see a direct contrast between the movements. #WTCReal19 @USAOWTC

All the monster ever wanted was to feel wanted. It’s a shame that he never got that. #WTCFrank2 @USAOWTC

[[email protected] @jfig9693]

@JoelLan72618966 @USAOWTC Totally! Whether he realized it or not he did. I think once a person begins toying around with life there’s no doubt that they have some sort of God complex.

Victor tried so hard to create the perfect being so it comes to no surprise that when his creation was anything but that he abandoned it. He's a twisted character. #WTCFrank1 @USAOWTC

Religion is based on faith that there is a higher power. Faith being the keyword. Those who aren’t able to believe by faith have the alternative to live with reason. Atheism or whatever else is that alternative. #WTCPBS @USAOWTC
