I don't think people nowadays understand how this imagery looked to us Christians when it began to circulate in this fashion the 70's & 80's, & how seriously Christians took these symbols & the very real darkness & horror they represented to us -- & yet many young people thought this was all good, campy, edgy fun, & a way to both tweak the elders and also to break out entirely from a few hundred years of a specific Christian-dominated world of symbols & arguments.

I see echos of this in parts of the right. As a Big Bad in living memory, Hitler means as little to the majority of them as Satan did to the average metalhead of my youth. He's your parents' & grandparents' main villain, and he's useful to you as a way to counter-signal but really he's just a dead symbol of another era that you and yours never lived in & have no deep feelings about other than "this is old, why do should I care."

In 1996, a Canadian inventor named Troy Hurtubise created this metal suit of armour to enable him to take on and fight off a grizzly bear.

He also created several inventions, including ray generators, firepaste (an ablative heatproofing material), the Ursus personal armor suit, and the Trojan Ballistics Suit of Armor.

Tragically, Hurtubise passed away on June 17, 2018, following a collision between his car and a transport truck carrying gasoline, leading to an explosion.

While the transport truck driver sustained minor injuries, Hurtubise's body was found inside his burned vehicle.

i am going to be working on a medical diagnosis app using LLM to do medical diagnosis from descriptions of symptoms with the idea being to eliminate, as much as possible, language barriers between the patient & physicians.

The app will use AI & LLM to match the description given by people of their medical symptoms as they perceive them with diseases. The idea is that a wide range of symptom descriptions can describe the same disease being perceived in different bodies by different personalities with different language concepts all of which may be wrongly interpreted by a medico due to their language concepts & training.

i have some of the construction completed, have identified some of the design patterns to be exploited, and some of the language pitfalls inherent in the process.

The idea is that one could tie this app to AI language translation to treat anyone speaking basically any human language.

i am doing this under the umbrella of the Human Foundation, an org here in Washington state. This is an open source, non-profit effort. Currently designed as structured & implementing alpha in LISP.

If you have the resources to mount an LLM hosting situation, and/or do training, and/or integration into a real-world test bed, and want to participate, contact me. Developers & Principles only. NOT to any user levels yet.
