Consistency.

It’s the separator.

-Training will give the best results when you do it CONSISTENTLY.
-Eating well will give the best results when you do it CONSISTENTLY.
-Going to bed early will give the best results when you do it CONSISTENTLY.
-Extra reps will give the best results when you do it CONSISTENTLY.
-Being a leader will give the best results when you do it CONSISTENTLY.
-Playing time is earned when you execute (in games and practices) CONSISTENTLY.

You can’t execute some of the time and expect a high level of return.

The best are CONSISTENT with their habits, knowing they can’t control the outcome, but rather they are 100% in control of their attitude, effort and choices.

The STCE freshman team had an epic win against a very strong Geneva team. The Saints won 36-34 to improve to 6-0 in conference. The Saints play WWS for the conference championship on Thursday. Special shout out to Neil Curry for calling a great game and keeping the fans excited.
