I ran by Parliament this morning, just to see for myself. Nothing really prepared me for out of hand things have gotten. The whole area reeks of exhaust fumes. Oil runoff all over Wellington. Trucks everywhere. It goes on for blocks. The poor people who live near there. 1/6
