@LarryHurston@Skyg8rJim @JeremyFaison4TN @realDonaldTrump To add to the list, how about mocking Michael J Fox? Discrimination against those with disabilities. Definitely worthy of a medal.
If you are angry about someone ripping up a piece of paper but not about someone ripping health care away from disabled people and ripping migrant children away from their families, you need to ask yourself why and adjust accordingly. ✌

@VoteGloriaJ So, Rep. Zachary is carrying that bill, huh. He is the very one who accused us of wanting to “jump on a government program” when we were fighting for Katie Beckett last year. I’m seriously sickened by him.
@lorihensler “Hell no, lady! Claire is a 5 year old child who needs therapies in order to develop and progress. She isn’t an elderly patient with a total knee replacement!”
@lorihensler Yes!!! I lost it last year on the phone with my insurance company’s RN Case Manager. Claire had met her max number of therapies per year-50. I was appealing to get more. She says “can’t you just do that at home”.
This is why we fight for the #ACA:
🔘20 million+ Americans have health insurance
🔘37 states have expanded Medicaid. As a result, 19,000+ lives have been saved
🔘Pre-exsiting condition protections. 1 in 4 Americans have a pre-existing condition https://t.co/UCKRNWMfyX
I stand stronger than anyone in protecting your Healthcare with Pre-Existing Conditions. I am honored to have terminated the very unfair, costly and unpopular individual mandate for you!
He is in court *right now* trying to eliminate preexisting condition protections, putting our kids' lives at risk.
Every health care repeal bill he supported eliminated #ACA preexisting condition protections, putting our kids' lives at risk.
He's lying to us. #ProtectOurCare
BREAKING: Nearly every GOP Senator just voted to allow health insurance companies to discriminate against people with pre-existing conditions, like our kids, once again.

Halloween came early here in the Senate, thanks to these @LittleLobbyists. Thank you for your hard work advocating for children with complex medical needs and disabilities. I'm proud to fight with you for comprehensive affordable health care for all kids.
@BetoORourke Hi. Hello.
This is Savannah. She’s disabled. I work my small business from home so I can care for her while my also-disabled husband works 3 jobs to keep us afloat.
This is normal in the disability community.
Mr. O’Riley needs to spend some time with actual disabled people.
Flexibility is dangerous.
My friend Rosalie and son Hyrum attended the LIVE public hearing today. She shared how giving the state flexibility to exclude covering higher cost new prescription drugs would be devestating.
Tennessee needs more accountability not flexibility!
