@RehanRC@Hunter_Weiss Detective Venditti was killed in the line of duty in 1986. He was investigating the mafia when he was attacked and shot. All NYPD boats are named for fallen officers.
@3YearLetterman@ScottJenningsKY There are entirely too many people out here with no sense of humor whatsoever willing to disrespect a man who put in the time and effort to become both a notary public and a championship winning youth football coach. What happened to this country?
"The Sergeants Benevolent Association
strongly condemns the shocking verdict delivered yesterday by the jury in the Detective Jonathan Diller trial.
Detective Diller was gunned down in the prime of his life, by a ruthless assailant, who had every intention of killing him, and that was clearly supported by all the evidence and witness testimony presented throughout the trial.
In any other jurisdiction that murderer would have been found guilty of first-degree murder, but here in New York, where criminals are protected more than the men and women who protect our city every day, that is sadly not reality.
We stand in support of Detective Diller's widow Stephanie, their entire family, and all our brothers and sisters in the NYPD. May they find some peace in knowing that this thug will be in prison for the rest of his life."

@AmericaFirstCon Do you really think that ships with no defenses will just wait around to be attacked? That resupply ships will do so in missle range? You make it sound like this tactic is unstoppable.
@CaliJets This is definitely the least hope I have ever had of a turnaround. Head coach in over his head, owner without a clue and a league that wants nothing to do with the whole organization.
@EndWokeness@AgentMax90 "No man is above the law and no man is below it; nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it. Obedience to the law is demanded as a right, not asked as a favor".

@OptimisticJets I would feel like the team had finally admitted that they hate their fans and the game of football. I would be free at last to drop my fandom with no guilt and move on with my life.
