@CoachHill51 @TalkinOldSchool My "often shared" view as OL player and OL coach for many years... "OL are the real skill players." Hand-to-hand combat, moving feet, gaining and re-gaining leverage. Opening up holes and protecting teammates...playing to the whistle every play. Relentless and selfless.

You don't see OL making gestures or performing antics when executing their block/ assignment. Do your job first. Celebrate as a team later.

In the real world, if you decline job interviews... Guess what? You don't receive an offer for a job. You're not even considered for the position. Glad when the draft circus is over
