Call center brasileiro nunca conseguiu atender o mercado americano porque falta mao de obra qualificada (ninguém fala inglês). Enquanto isso Irlanda, Costa Rica e até Portugal fazem atendimento premium e India faz atendimento low level ou qualquer coisa de tecnologia (sales, support, etc)

Ambas as histórias verdadeiras. No meu caso, tive a mesma experiência com a Dell (para trocar uma bateria de laptop). Mas isso tem mais de 15 anos !!!! Hoje o atendimento é por chatbot profissional (AI), ontem tirei um carro do seguro em 1 minuto via chatbot no app da Progressive Insurance
