@VodafoneUK your customer services are absolutely shocking. Spent an hour and a half on live chat, got transferred 3 times. Didnt resolve my issue, and been stuck on hold for 1 hour 18 minutes just waiting to get through to someone. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks

@VodafoneUK Thanks for replying to my tweet. As an update, i’ve now been given a 4th date for the exchange of my faulty router after nothing turned up on 3 occasions. Now 3 and a half weeks without internet. Fantastic customer service. 🤥
