@casas_jimmy@BMSatRSD2 I completely agree. Ts have to be invested and accepting of the training. They have to want to be better. Admin play a huge role in this but so do mentor Ts, T leaders, supervising Ts, etc. We have to trust one another that we are all in this together to help Ss succeed.
Pondering…If Ts are the difference b/w today and tomorrow, should we spend more time training our Ts. I mean really looking at what the teacher needs to go from average to excellent and providing PD for them. Won’t that benefit Ss more? @BMSatRSD2@casas_jimmy
The talent of the @RichlandTwo District Honor Choir is simply amazing! From start to finish, from 10 am to 7 pm these singers worked all day to give a phenomenal performance!

They’ve walked the halls. Faced the tests. Built the memories. Now they’re passing the torch.🔥
🎓At graduation practice, we asked our rising 9th graders at @BMSatRSD2: "What advice would you give to the new 6th graders?"
💬 The answers? Straight from the heart.

Loved watching my boy capture my 6th graders attention today while he talked to them about what he learned about middle school and what he wished he knew going into high school. @BMSatRSD2
Last night, our very talented students, under the direction of drama teacher, Ms. Chapiesky; chorus teacher, Ms. Tandon; and dance teacher, Ms. Kinard, performed “Alice In Wonderland, Jr” at the R2I2 Performing Arts Center. Incredible performance! @RichlandTwo
