@StandardBankZA I’ve tried everything that you suggested but still no luck! I see that I’m using version 3.53.1 Is that the latest version? Interestingly I’m able to access proof of payments on my personal banking but not on the business banking.
@StandardBankZA There is no error message. I have always been able to click on the transaction and it shows an option for a proof of payment. However, there is no longer anything there!! Very odd.
@etihad was left in a hotel in Abu Dhabi for two days after missing a connecting flight. Now my luggage is missing! I’ll only get it on Wednesday when the next flight comes in!! Can’t get hold of anyone at lost property. WORST WORST WORST experience EVER.
@EtihadHelp I’ve already completed a feedback form! How’s that going to help to locate my bag? I was told at ORTambo that a reference number would be emailed to me but I’m still waiting 3hrs later!!!
@EtihadHelp spent two days stranded in a hotel in Abu Dhabi after missing a connecting flight due to your incompetence,I’ve arrived in JNB this morning and my luggage has been left in Abu Dhabi. Im told that it will come on the next flight on Wednesday!!! Inexcusable Etihad.
@etihad what a shambles at Abu Dhabi airport!! Many passengers stranded. After waiting for 4,5hrs I’m now told that there is no hotel accommodation available
@etihad Im shocked that you’re unaware of the chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport! Isn’t this your hub? NEVER flying Etihad again. Worst service and customer care ever. You may DM me if you so please.
@StandardBankZA I’ve been in a queue at the Northgate branch for 1.5hrs to collect a new card! Still have two people ahead of me. Come on! Surely you can do better than this? No branch manager in sight
