@guimarin Agree. I have heard some promising voices this past year, but even with new leadership, it's going to take drastic steps to reverse the decline we're seeing in all of Western society.

@guimarin One thing Google may have going for it is the ecosystem they have built on Android. I can easily see them releasing a ChatGPT killer that is accessible immediately from the same search box I already have on my screen.

@guimarin @Cernovich I discovered this while visiting NY one summer. I walked for 11 hours straight on Saturday and Sunday. Then in 2019, I walked through 20 European cities. Walking is the best! :)

@dnf @CA_DMV As a car guy that's always dealing with California's DMV, I find that the best way to work with them is to use AAA's DMV services instead. They can't handle all things, but if you have AAA, you can save a lot of time. Car registration can be done in minutes instead of hours.
