@DVLAgovuk@samkma Some branches only do certain types, was told at the one in St John's Wood they don't do 1949 IDPs anymore, which certainly would have been useful to know in advance.
@benraffin@DVLAgovuk@PayPoint I trekked all the way to the one in St John's Wood today only to be told they've stopped doing the 1949 ones (needed for Japan and other countries) - so looks like I'm off to Norwood Junction tomorrow.
@matthewbalaam@Mount_Analogue Yep, it's the only VHS tape I still have too. Love the transition from the jaunty "Live from London" opening sequence into New Day Rising..
many responses to this bust a gut trying to say that Eng Lit is actually really useful in employment. That’s not the point. The point is the ruthless elimination of any education that doesn’t directly feed into an economic/commercial ’benefit’. That’s the disgraceful trend.
@gmusement I think that would only benefit the wealthiest festival-goers the way things stand currently. Need to accelerate the viability of greener options first.
36 years years ago, Judas Priest played the Capital Centre in Maryland and filmmakers Jeff Krulik and John Heyn were there to document the scene in the parking lot. (Get Heavy Metal Parking Lot merch at https://t.co/Ahj5h4pLB5!) #heavymetalparkinglot#hmpl#judaspriest
You don’t need to know what old rock star features in this meme. You’ll have seen similar wordings in any meme about an old rock band. And wherever you see it, remember . . .
Penge has distinctly different identity to Beckenham. It is culturally and economically diverse and very much part of London not a Kent village. Losing our name from the constituency title risks losing our wider influence and representation that reflects our needs & aspirations
If you have views on Penge being moved from Lewisham West & Penge constituency to a new Beckenham one, please add your comments to the attached site before 2nd August. (1 of 2)

@timineaux Hi Tim, I saw a screening of "Withnail and Irie" at a festival in 2008, would dearly love to watch it again - is it online / available anywhere? Thanks!
