Great example of how strong the real estate market has been as of late. Sellers knew they were going to sell in 2020. Oct-Nov 2020 value around the $750k range. Fast forward to February 2021, we listed and sold for $885k. An increase of $135k in 3 months! 🥂 🍻 🥂 🍻

Overseeing a boiler replacement at one of our multi family properties this morning. This particular boiler kept giving us grief the past few years and sadly its only about 8 or 9 years old. There comes a time when you need to cut your losses and make the upgrade to a newer unit.
