Two week after, received notification that my order has shipped today. But the expected delivery date in the email says Apr 20th. When should I expect it to arrive?

To add insult, the people staffing the drop off counter were rude, demeaning and unprofessional. Capping this all off, the order was sent by our doctor's office last Friday. Until now, there was no notification to us or to the doctor that the prescription is not available _2/2

@cvspharmacy the service in your 129 Fulton St. Pharmacy is atrocious. First off we got confirmation that our prescription was available to pick up, only to find out that not only was it out of stock, it was not carried by CVS at all. _1/2
