.@luvelleb: Leadership has to have a common mental model for what we *want*. And that takes time. So when people tell me "When am I supposed to do this," I say "What do we take away to make time for it?" Because it's that important.
Next question — how do #instructionalcoaching professionals engage with both compassion and accountability?
@jimknight99: I think what we're seeing is people who are emotionally overwhelmed. So whatever form of evaluation we do, it has to make their lives easier and not harder.
